Dr. Diana Nguyen completed her Honours Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry at McMaster University and then went to complete her Doctor of Optometry at the University of Waterloo. She has a special interest in dry eyes and specialty contact lenses. During optometry school, she served as the Vice President of Education at the Canadian Association of Optometry Students, where she increased public awareness about optometry through local community booths and educational videos on YouTube. She enjoys mentoring and writing educational content for patients, optometrists and optometry students. Currently, she is the content curator for MyDryEye Space (a part of ww.MyDryEye.ca) where she facilities a supportive and educational space for dry eye patients.
